HOW LONG DOES STANDARD DELIVERY TAKE? Standard delivery to the Republic of Ireland takes 5 to 7 working days. Standard delivery to the UK, Mainland Europe, United States and the Rest of the World can take 7 to 15 working days. Delivery to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland can take longer when a Sale or Clearance promotion is on or if your order is being dispatched from a different location. We deliver to the Republic of Ireland and Northern Ireland Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. Standard delivery to mainland UK can take up to 7-10 working days. We deliver to mainland UK Monday to Friday, excluding Bank Holidays. The current delivery time for items is 5-10 working days. We always endeavour to get your order to you as quick as possible!
HOW MUCH DOES DELIVERY COST? Standard delivery to anywhere in Ireland including Northern Ireland is free when you spend over €80 and costs just €7 if you spend less. Standard International delivery, see table below for the list of countries we deliver to and the delivery costs.

CAN YOU LEAVE MY ORDER WITH A NEIGHBOUR OR LEAVE IT IN A HIDING PLACE – LIKE BEHIND THE BIN?
I’m afraid we can’t as we are not responsible for packages left with neighbours or behind bins, in fact, you’ll need to sign for your package. We will only deliver to the address given. WHAT HAPPENS IF I AM NOT AVAILABLE WHEN YOU TRY TO DELIVERY MY ORDER? If you are unavailable and live in the Republic of Ireland, An Post will leave a docket and you can call to your local An Post Sorting Office to collect your package. Anyone outside of the Republic of Ireland, undeliverable orders will be based on your local postal service.
I HAVEN’T RECEIVED ALL OF MY ORDER?
In the unlikely event your order has only been partially delivered, this may be because other items are being dispatched from a different location or we were out of stock on part of your order. If we are out of stock we will contact you with an expected delivery date or offer a full refund. If your order is obviously incomplete, please email email@example.com
What happens with Import duties, Taxes and Customs Charges?
Import duties, taxes, and customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to buying.
